the night before christmas Challenge!
The Scratch to Sketch Hub challenge of December '24 is here!
Our final challenge for 2024 is The Night Before Christmas. This iconic Christmas poem was originally published on 23rd December 1823 Anonymously, but now we know it was written by Clement Clarke Moore. It's true title is 'A Visit from St. Nicholas' but over the years this has morphed into the title we now know, and the first line of the poem.
We will be spending the first full week of December together to use and build on all the basic drawing principles, to recreate 'The Night Before Christmas' in our own sketchbooks. Join us now as we dedicate an entire 5 days on the famous poem for the December Scratch to Sketch Hub Challenge!
A great way to continue building your daily drawing habit. Use this challenge to draw and colour varied subjects every day for 20 minutes. As well as working on your drawing technique, take advantage of the chance to slow down and reset. Join Emily for the next 5 days and navigate this thing called drawing day by day!
